Valeria focuses primarily on supporting crypto projects and securing crypto licenses.

For over four years, she has been developing strategies to legalize crypto activities, optimizing business models, and establishing compliance systems that meet the requirements of various jurisdictions. Valeria effectively communicates with regulators and evaluates the marketing aspects of crypto projects on online platforms.

She also provides legal support for international transactions involving the transfer of intellectual property and content distribution, and advises on IP and personal data processing issues in cross-border projects.

Before joining FUTURA Law, Valeria worked at the American law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where she advised major global brands in the fields of media, technology, healthcare, energy, and entertainment across the UAE, Hong Kong, the EU, and the US.
