    Roman has over 6 years of experience supporting R&D activities in IT and GameDev companies. His main focus is on developing contractual frameworks, including licensing and publishing, as well as structuring transactions for the assignment of exclusive rights and the creation of intangible assets.

    Roman follows a comprehensive approach to drafting contractual documentation: he analyzes tax and currency implications, considers regulatory restrictions, and ensures the necessary corporate approvals. He assists founders in selecting optimal jurisdictions with tax incentives and develops contractual structures for intra-group transactions and interactions with users and counterparties.

    He also has significant experience conducting due diligence of intangible assets, participating in IP inventory processes and designing frameworks for utilizing tax benefits.

    Before joining FUTURA Law, Roman worked on international projects at a Big4 consulting firm, advising corporate groups on intellectual property and antitrust compliance.
