Nikita has extensive international experience in project management and building teams from scratch. His career includes leading international initiatives at Yandex, where he launched and scaled digital and social products reaching millions of users, and integrated social and ESG features into scalable solutions.

Nikita’s key strength lies in his ability to build partnerships within transnational structures and effectively operate in multicultural environments. He has successfully opened and launched offices of international IT companies in the Netherlands, Italy, and Georgia, creating jobs for over 500 employees and managing their relocation and adaptation – from immigration issues to business process localization.

His experience also includes team building in the media, nonprofit, and education sectors, as well as managing funds and delivering social impact. Nikita has exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling him to scale public initiatives and collaborate with governmental and nonprofit partners across countries.
