Artyom has extensive expertise in managing complex projects and strategic transformations. His experience includes training top management in Amazon methodologies for project and product management, and successfully adapting these approaches into development roadmaps for a project portfolio worth over 60 billion rubles.
Artem has a strong track record in integrating companies during M&A transactions, including the development of unified operating models and the implementation of new product governance structures.
He places particular emphasis on digitalization and the use of artificial intelligence. Artem has led business process reengineering, introduced AI-driven solutions, and achieved significant improvements in key performance indicators such as revenue, conversion rates, NPS, and SLA.
In addition, Artem brings international experience, having worked in cross-industry environments through roles at global Big Four consulting firms (PwC, KPMG). His deep expertise includes global PMO methodologies, Agile, Lean, and Change Management, along with knowledge of best international practices and functional benchmarks.
During the separation of PwC from the global brand, Artem played an active role in transforming the company’s international structure, allowing him to develop a systematic approach to management and metrics applicable in multinational and multicultural organizations.
