Anna has led legal departments in both the tech and industrial sectors, where she built legal functions for international groups and developed complex compliance programs covering holding structures in Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.

Her experience also includes heading the legal division of a high-tech holding company, where she structured a strategic joint venture with a leading player in the oil and gas market and implemented standardized corporate processes across dozens of affiliated legal entities.
