Anastasia has 12 years of PQE, 10 of which she has been specializing in international law. She is a visiting lecturer at the HSE Faculty of Law, where she teaches a course on the legal regulation of fintech projects.
Anastasia spent most of her professional life as an in-house lawyer and head of division at a major energy state-owned corporation, where she provided legal support for unique international infrastructure projects, including being an active participant in working groups involved in the negotiation process with foreign partners. In addition, her area of responsibility included support for international commercial arbitrations, ensuring compliance with EU antitrust legislation, monitoring regulatory changes, supporting business units and adapting to pressure of sanctions regimes.
Anastasia also has experience as the head of the legal and compliance at a fintech holding with an extensive corporate structure and a wide geographical presence.
