Aleksei has extensive experience supporting commercial operations of companies in international jurisdictions. He is well-versed in the legal aspects of conducting business in MENA and Asian countries, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Singapore, and Indonesia.

For the past five years, Aleksei has been supporting commercial activities of companies in the UAE, providing legal support from the moment of business setup, including the preparation of corporate documentation and contracts.

Before joining the FUTURA Law team, Aleksei worked in the UAE division of a Big Four international consulting firm, where he handled matters related to corporate and tax law, resident visa processing, and bank account openings.
