Vladislav’s professional activities include legal support for IT projects, work with international marketplaces, and startups. He has deep expertise in intellectual property protection and digital asset regulation, enabling him to lead complex projects in compliance with international legal standards.

A key area of his work involves legal support for projects with leading IT companies and fintech platforms. Vladislav has analyzed and drafted contracts with international payment systems such as PayPal, Coinbase, and American Express, developed privacy policies aligned with GDPR requirements, and addressed intellectual property protection in accordance with DMCA standards.

Before joining the FUTURA Law team, Vladislav worked in Big Four consulting, where he advised on digital asset taxation and structuring international transactions. He has participated in projects for over 30 major international companies, including Bosch, Coca-Cola, Mitsubishi, and Nielsen.
