Jürg Baltensperger is our external advisor and partner with deep expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance, particularly in the fintech and crypto sectors. He is the founder and managing director of JayBee AG, a regulatory consulting firm, and brings hands-on experience from traditional banking and digital finance environments.

With over 15 years of experience in regulatory consulting, compliance, and risk management, Jürg Baltensperger is a seasoned expert known for guiding financial institutions and fintech companies through complex legal and governance challenges, with a strong focus on innovation and long-term impact.

He has held senior positions at Rothschild Bank and Centrum Bank, served on the board of a fintech bank, and frequently acts as interim Head of Compliance, including for crypto banks.In addition to his advisory work, Jürg is Director of Studies of the CAS Crypto & FinTech Compliance program at HWZ and lectures at multiple universities.
