Alina is a leading legal expert in information technology law, intellectual property, and digital assets, with over 12 years of experience in Digital, Fintech, and international IT law. Over the course of her career, she has worked in Big4 consulting firms and served as Head of Legal at an international crypto holding comprising 18 legal entities.

Her specialization covers comprehensive legal support for projects at the intersection of IT and fintech, including crypto regulation, IP protection, and international business structuring. Alina has unique experience in developing legal and tax strategies for structuring crypto projects, and supports clients in obtaining cryptocurrency licenses in the UAE and other jurisdictions.

Alina is actively involved in innovative projects related to tokenization of real-world assets (RWA), Web3 gaming, and NFTs, providing full legal support at every stage of implementation. She develops legal mechanisms for protecting digital asset rights, structures international crypto operations, and helps clients navigate the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
