In addition to the memorandum, we developed a detailed guide for the client's employees, including recommendations for selecting content, an analysis of high-risk and sensitive topics in accordance with UAE legislation, as well as ways to minimize legal risks, including licensing requirements.

The client received a clear strategy for complying with licensing requirements, which ensured legal security when purchasing and distributing content. The developed guide allowed us to minimize the risks of violations, optimize the content selection process and avoid potential disputes.

We provided comprehensive support in conducting a venture capital investment transaction for an IT startup registered in Delaware. As part of the support, we prepared and agreed on a Term Sheet, negotiated and prepared a share purchase agreement, developed the charter for the new company and coordinated negotiations between the founders and investors, ensuring the achievement of mutually beneficial terms of the transaction.
